Day 12 Heartburn

Ya know, I probably know this answer but sometimes I need support from others to confirm. Tonight I made tomato sauce with hamburger and spaghetti squash from recipes in Whole30 book. I now have heartburn and indigestion. I may also be a wee itchy - I have psoriasis and when I eat a trigger food, my skin tells me if my tummy doesn't.

So, is it tomato? Or beef? I'm thinking the first one.

Yes, likely tomatoes... I personally find that my reaction is lessened if they are fresh (vs cooked). Other triggers for me tend to be anything with vinegar, though it's usually not very much. I used to need Tums every day pre-Whole30, and I haven't had one since the beginning of the plan (and not just because I can't). :)
