Yikes! Well... Maybe whip up a few days' worth of an easy-prep food? Like the protein salad (with tuna), or a ton of roasted veggies (I made days' worth of asparagus and butternut squash in the oven at the same time last night), and maybe pick up some compliant frozen chicken breasts at the store... then treat yourself to a meal out somewhere? I had to do that recently; took myself to Chipotle (carnitas bowl with pico de gallo, medium green or hot red salsa, guac, and extra lettuce), felt way better.


Sorry to hear you're burned out! You can do this! Keep going! Don't erase so much progress!
