Lenglish37
I have some cashews I would like to use in salads from time to time. The cashews I have indicate on the ingredients list: cashews; sea salt; peanut oil. I know peanuts are a NO; does that mean peanut oil in this form would be a NO as well? Also, I know 'canned coconut' milk is okay on the plan, but what about "silk" unsweetened coconut milk? The ingredients: coconut milk, calcium carbonate, vitamin A, palmitate, vitamin b12, vitamin d2, sea salt, natural flavor, sunflower lecithin, locust bean gum, gellan gum
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted July 11, 2016 Moderators Share Posted July 11, 2016 Peanut oil is not okay. That coconut milk is okay, though the canned ones tend to have even fewer ingredients if you can find them.
