Silk "unsweetened" coconut milk & Peanut Oil

I have some cashews I would like to use in salads from time to time. The cashews I have indicate on the ingredients list: cashews; sea salt; peanut oil. I know peanuts are a NO; does that mean peanut oil in this form would be a NO as well?

Also, I know 'canned coconut' milk is okay on the plan, but what about "silk" unsweetened coconut milk? The ingredients: coconut milk, calcium carbonate, vitamin A, palmitate, vitamin b12, vitamin d2, sea salt, natural flavor, sunflower lecithin, locust bean gum, gellan gum
