Moderators Tom Denham Posted July 12, 2016 Moderators Share Posted July 12, 2016 Congratulations. Now make a new plan for doing a Whole30. You would be ready to start reintroductions at your wedding and on your honeymoon if you start on 21 July. That means you will almost certainly not do reintroductions. That means you would waste much of the benefit of doing a Whole30. Don't waste the effort. You really need 40 days in a row and better 45-50 days in a row to complete all the parts of doing a Whole30.
bloombunchmama
Laura, congrats on the upcoming wedding! Just a thought here, you may want to think about postponing your w30 till after the wedding. As someone who makes and alters gowns I have seen too many brides lose weight before the wedding and then the dress does not fit well. There is only so much that can be done and especially if the dress is strapless it needs to fit well for you to be comfortable. The last wedding I was at the bride spent the day hitching up her gown. Wishing you the best!
