My husband and I are on day 103 of our Whole 30 "lifestyle". We absolutely love eating this way. I am 57, and my wonderful husband who is 63 was recently told he has an early form of Alzheimer's. I'm fighting it all the way!!

He has lost 30 lbs and has gone off HBP and Cholesterol meds. NO more statin drugs, ever! We are taking supplements and walking, swimming, etc.

Any suggestions on how to eat to STOP losing weight? He is getting rather thin.

I have lost about 20 and would like to continue to lose about 10 more lbs.
