Dawnski55
Yesterday (day 5) was a tough one for me - I was sooooo hungry, and craving sweet things sooooooo much. My emotions were all over the place and as an emotional eater and a binge eater this would have normally been a trigger for a binge. Despite the fact that I ate LOADS it was all on plan and I am unbelievably proud of the fact that I did not go out and buy chocolate and cake and stuff my face Having survived that I feel so much stronger today
Suzysue
Congratulation! It is such a wonderful feeling when we don't fall victim to our triggers!
Kimmeh
Way to go! The first week was hard for me too because of the sugar cravings. It'll get easier for you
Whole30 Certified Coach littleg Posted July 27, 2016 Whole30 Certified Coach Share Posted July 27, 2016 Have you read (or heard of) Brain Over Binge? As a binge eater I *always* recommend this book to self-proclaimed binge eaters. Unfortunately I can't say it "cured" me but I can say that when I'm eating the right foods (mostly paleo) and giving my body the nutrition it needs the ideas in BOB make it much easier to have "win" days than "giving in" days.
