Carianne Posted July 21, 2016 Share Posted July 21, 2016 Ok it's day 2 of my first whole 30 and I feel kind of crappy. And I'm scared about the road ahead. I know I can do it...I've done much harder things than this. But food is such a tough issue for me. I am hoping to reduce inflammation (from a health challenge) and cravings and reset my relationship with my food choices. I am so inspired by all of the stories I have read. hmg1993 Posted July 21, 2016 Share Posted July 21, 2016 Good luck Cari. The first few days/week are tough but i promise you it gets better and easier. One of the things that keeps me going is having varied menus to choose from as it keeps meals interesting and I don't get stuck in a rut. Day 18 of second W30 for me and really feeling good.
