jeepifer
Thanks for this. I'm buying myself a 3.5 cu ft. chest freezer for my tiny apartment as an early holiday gift, so this is perfect. I can store the long-term stuff (bulk meat and veg) in the chest freezer, and put the OAMC meals in my fridge/freezer for easy removal. Awesome! StuffIMakeMyHusband
Update...a lot of folks requested a mini-menu, so I made a scaled-down version with instructions. You can view it here: http://blog.stuffimakemyhusband.com/2012/12/a-week-of-freeze-ahead-crock-pot-meals.html . All recipes require no cooking on the prep day, everything just gets dumped into freezer bags, then cooked in the crock pot. I hope this is useful to someone. Coffeeandshoes
This is awesome! I did this years ago when I had small children and went to work and school and wanted us to eat healthy home cooked meals. To do it for this is brilliant! Guess How I'll be spending New Year's day? Thanks!
Tina
Thanks for this post. I think this is really going to help make my next whole30 a little less frustrating in the kitchen.

wheresanita
I, too, want to thank you! I have already tried a few of your recipes and so far every one has been a winner! The mini egg thingys saved my 1st W30 day at work! I'm planning to try a few more of your recipes in the coming weeks.
