BoundToBeMe
I was taking Singular and one of the ingredients is lactose monohydrate. I'm thinking I can't have it but I just want to make sure. So can I continue to take this? If not, what allergy medicine is whole30?
Administrators ladyshanny Posted July 26, 2016 Administrators Share Posted July 26, 2016 Yes, lactose monohydrate would render your allergy pill non compliant. If the allergies are bad enough that you are suffering, you can take the allergy medication but be aware that you may not get the same reset results (especially surrounding dairy) that someone who was not taking the allergy medication would get. But we don't want you to be miserable. It's your choice.
L.nel
Singular is Rx in the US for allergies, asthma and a more serious mast cell condition. Please check with your dr. if you can stop taking this medicine, as this works as a blood stream antihistamine in the lungs and other major organs, and muscle groups:-)
