Spiralizer Madness

Just wondering if someone can help me out... I am on day three and I am realizing I can't do the thirty days with just rotisserie chickens, eggs, and steamed veggies so I am starting to branch out!


Before I purchase a spiralizer, I wanted to see if this was "on plan". What are your thoughts? I know it would help me add veggies to my meals but is it too close to making "paleo-friendly" versions of something like pasta, just as the book has said not to do. Any thoughts?

And don't forget the spaghetti squash! :) Are you opposed to eating other meats? I've really loved the seared chicken breast from the book, and I've gotten browning ground beef down to a science (and it turns out delicious; don't forget to add some spices).
