Day 3: better then day 2. managed to pre-cut some food for the next few days.

 

Day 4 morning was delicious. Forgot how good real food can be. (as in tomatoes+basil, egg and zucchini)... Did start the day with coffee+coconut oil in the food processor. It's amazingly good, better then coffee and cream even!  it formed (most of ) the oil part of the breakfast.  very satiating. (it's almost too good. like a treat). 

 

I'm still tried though. And no Sugar Dragon around (?!). Will opt for a work out tonight if manage to collect the energy.

Day 4 update... irritability (for lack of a better word) sank in around noon. (it was possibly there before hand, but my family is away for 2 weeks, so I didn't have anyone to get mad at...).  Later a 'chewing dragon' woke up. 'Chewing' because it's not a sugar craving, it's the thing that makes me want to stress-eat.

 

I ate lunch, and then also tomorrow's lunch... and finished with grapes and melon... and then forced myself to stop. but it was not easy, and I still want to stress eat. Everything annoys me. writing this annoys me. I'm going to my kong-fu workout tonight and am likely to meet friends I haven't seen for a month and... I'll find a way explain.
