makingchanges Posted July 29, 2016 Share Posted July 29, 2016 Looking forward to getting back Into while 30 style living. I've been off red meat for the last six months but keen to get back there even if only for a few meals a week. Also want to get back into the habit of cooking all my meals, I've been struggling with that lately. Gonna take a bit to get back into the swing but I know it will be worth the efforts! I feel so much better when I'm off dairy, gluten, and sugar. The weekend is shopping and food prep, then on Monday it's off we go!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I had a coffee this morning in case it was a caffeine thing, also been drinking lots of water and have myself some sweet potatoes to add to meals throughout the day. Here we go! I still need to be eating more during the day because I'm starving when I get home at 5 which is far from ideal for me. Keep on tweaking I guess! I've done while30 enough times before. Gonna start again on Monday and stick with it this time. Feeling kinda out of control as far as my eating is concerned and I feel like I need the self-empowerment that 30 days of clean can bring. I know I can do it!
