Looking forward to getting back Into while 30 style living. I've been off red meat for the last six months but keen to get back there even if only for a few meals a week. Also want to get back into the habit of cooking all my meals, I've been struggling with that lately. Gonna take a bit to get back into the swing but I know it will be worth the efforts! I feel so much better when I'm off dairy, gluten, and sugar.

The weekend is shopping and food prep, then on Monday it's off we go!!

Eek!! What happened??

I got mega grumpy on day 4... I ended up breaking it.

But seriously, it's not that hard! I've done while30 enough times before. Gonna start again on Monday and stick with it this time. Feeling kinda out of control as far as my eating is concerned and I feel like I need the self-empowerment that 30 days of clean can bring. I know I can do it!
