Nwross95 Posted July 30, 2016 Share Posted July 30, 2016 Hey everyone. I am currently on Day 6 of my first Whole 30. Enjoying the new recipes and cooking but there is one problem. My stomach has been experiencing minor to moderate pains every single day for most of the day. The only time it does not hurt is right after I eat a meal. Any insight or advice for me? Guest Posted August 1, 2016 Share Posted August 1, 2016 Pre Whole30 did you eat alot of fiberous foods? If not it could be related to your body getting used to fiber.. also, if you are eating alot of gas causing foods like brocolli, cucumbers and the like it could be gas. Are you having enough BM's? Also let us know whow much liquids you're taking on board, in what form, and if you are exercising. That way we'll be better equipped to help you troubleshoot...
