Gluten Free Surprise

I had black rice and red quinoa and gluten free pasta and some millet & flax chips over a two-day period. It was too much for one day.

Report: everything was just fine.

No digestive or other issues.

Thankful for that.

The surprise is that it was not as "happy" a reunion as I had anticipated.

I thought it would be a big deal.

Not so.

Then I did a little "cheating". I put some butter on a serving of black rice the second day.

Welcome back Butter!!!

Butter is probably the thing I missed most during Whole30.

No adverse effects from that either.

But, then, I am a Dairy Stater who was raised on a farm!
