Collagen?

I consume 2-4 tablespoons of the Great Lakes collagen every day. My gut was in good shape to start with, but I like how much better I sleep when I am consuming collagen regularly. My wife started at the same time I did and has kept it up. She is not a "health-oriented" person, so it means she notices benefits to keep going. 

 

I made and drank bone broth before, but collagen is so convenient and easy that I get a lot more of what I seem to need than I did before.

How do you take it Tom?  For a while I was making my own gummies - 1 c juice with ~4 tbsp of Great Lakes gelatin yielding 2-3 "servings" - but got tired of making it 3-4 times a week :)

Normally, I wouldn't bother with anything in a can.  But I'm going to check it out.  Keeping the bone broth going for 48 hours is time consuming in the summertime.  I don't like to leave the house with a burner going. coffee1-smiley.gif?1292867572 You've sold me.
