Feeling so much better but also know that I haven't completely conquered sugar cravings and want these habits to really stick this time. Did a W30 earlier in the year but then dove back into unhealthy habits. This go around has been greatly improved by more fat, very little fruit and really nailing the meal template. I just feel though that I need more practice to break free off emotional eating and cravings. So I am pushing on through for another 30. Is anyone else going for it?
