I have read that the virgin coconut oil is better for you and has more benefits than the refined coconut oil, but if I used refined coconut oil to cook with- is that cheating? The only ingredient listed is COCONUT OIL, however I didn't know if the "refined" would mean I was cheating. Thanks for your input! Link to post Share on other sites
