Day 2:

Meal 1 - Lamb kebab sticks with salad

Meal 2 - Weird fry up of chicken breast, cabbage, grated sweet potato, coconut aminos, coconut chilli sauce in ghee.

Meal 3 - Pork sausages with a BAS.

Day 3

Meal 1 - Bacon, tomato and egg scramble cooked in ghee.

Meal 2 - Chicken, bacon, cabbage, 1/2 grated sweet potato, coconut amino and coconut chili sauce, cooked in ghee.

Meal 3 - Lamb meat balls and a big green salad.
