gracefulghost Posted August 5, 2016 Share Posted August 5, 2016 Hey all. I'm on day 11, second round of W30 here, and I've never had these sorts of problems before. I've been nauseous for about 48 hours now, regardless of what I eat. When I'm hungry, it feels less like hunger and more like a twisted, bloated upper belly? If that makes sense. Nothing appeals, so I'm just falling back on old staples like roasted potatoes with chicken and asparagus. I didn't struggle nearly this badly last time I did a whole30. jmcbn Posted August 5, 2016 Share Posted August 5, 2016 Hey there - sorry to hear you're having a hard time...There are a lot of foods that can cause that twisted bloated feeling you describe - can you list out what you've been eating over the past say 5 days, giving specifics about veggie types & portions sizes. Please list actual meals how they were presented, rather than just a list of foods, that way we can see the regularity of particular foods - often it's when we are over-exposed to an item that it can start to become problematic.
