Cadbury Creme Eggs
I guess this seems kind of obvious... but I thought I'd ask. I'm not really sure about the carbonation process. Water like San Peregrino, Perrier, Polar Seltzer. What about those waters that have "natural flavors"?
Johnny M
Those are ok but check ingredients. I've found a few with funky chemicals
lorilynnmc
i have perrier that says ingredients are natural spring water, carbon dioxide and natural lemon flavour? is natural lemon flavour ok? not really sure what that means
smpyndus
Does "natural flavour" sound all that natural to you? I'd say avoid anything with ingredients you don't recognize, however, I don't think it would pose a problem!

Cucumbers are awesome in sparkling sodas too.
Loraine
My Soda Stream is back in use as I prefer sparkling water to still water. Guess the Paleo people didn't have them, but they did not have slow cookers either
Robin Strathdee
We do tons of sparkling water - Perrier is a great choice. Don't fret about the natural flavors there.
Delaine Ross
And how are you going to be on the Whole30 forum with a name like "Cadbury Creme Eggs?" Alliea
Someone from the forum did some research on the flavor essences that you can buy for soda stream (they're unsweetened, the little bottles of clear liquid-not the bigger bottles of syrup). Anyway, the essences are fine, and I can attest that they are a nice bit of flavor, but NOT the same thing as sweetening your drink
Robin Strathdee
Akai inu, We don't believe there's anything in sparkling water that will cause significant health troubles.
jnrussek
So Sparkling Waters like Schweppes Lemon Lime Sparkling Water or Dasani Lemon Sparkling Water -- these are OK? The ingredients listed are Carbonated Water, Nat Flavors -- all natural, no sweeteners, no calories.

Dog Mom
Yes, natural flavors are fine. Which is AWESOME because I love Schweppe's sparking water...it definitely helps ease the pain of soda withdrawal!
