I've been putting off eating right and putting myself down for years. It's a constant source of guilt and anxiety for me. While I am relatively fit (exercising 4-5 times a week), my diet is the pits. I want to finally take control and feel good about myself and the choices I make. My will power to make health choices needs to catch up with my will to get to the gym. I need to form healthy habits!! I can do this I can do this I can do this!

 

I suppose this is just a rambling note to myself... Do people read this?

Yes, people read this.... :)

You can use this as a support thread for people starting around the same time as yourself, and if you like you can also create your own log >here< by clicking 'start new topic', in the top right hand corner. You can keep a track of your food here, emotions, physical activity etc - many people find it helpful to refer back to, and if you come up against any problems (skin breakouts, bloating, bathroom issues etc) it's handy for us Mods to have a look through to see if any of your meals need tweaking etc.

Hello – I started yesterday too! How was it for you?

Day 1 was a struggle for me but there were many factors involved... PMS and crazy hormones making me feel awful and out of control – this just complicated it. But some of the things I'm experiencing are the reasons I want to make this a success! I'm tired of feeling this way! Excited to see what the days and weeks bring...
