Jackiejo1979 Posted August 9, 2016 Share Posted August 9, 2016 So I just finished Day #1 of the Whole30. I'm an active marathoner and am squeezing the Whole30 between races. My last marathon was 7/30/16. I'll be doing a 4 day series in mid-September (4 marathons/4 states/4 days). My goal for the series is to just get the states done. I have no intention to PR or get on the podium. I'll need suggestions on what to use for fuel for those 4 days. My usual race drink is Gatorade or Powerade and Sports Beans, M&M's, and gummy bears. I'm expecting my training runs to be challenging while going through the Whole30. That's OK. The end result will be worth it. My next "A" race is NYC the first weekend in November.
