Jackiejo1979 Posted August 10, 2016 Share Posted August 10, 2016 I just completed Day #2. Have had the worst headache ALL day (and I rarely get headaches!). I'm a huge sugar addict and Diet Coke drinker. My usual is 4 sugars in coffee, sugar on fruit, chocolate every day, candy, ice cream....you get the picture. I'm a distance runner so that has helped burn "most" of the sugar over the years. I'm glad this day is over. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
jmcbn Posted August 10, 2016 Share Posted August 10, 2016 Hey there Are you drinking the recommended 1/2 ounce of water per pound of body weight? This will help flush out the toxins.... Also you may want to ensure you are including starchy veg in at least one of your meals (the recommendation is for a fist sized serving per day anyways) as this will help with the transition from the old diet to the new. Hopefully tomorrow you'll wake up headache free, but if not it's perfectly okay to take something for it. Don't suffer needlessly. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
