Lcarpenter Posted August 10, 2016 Share Posted August 10, 2016 Hello I am on day 10 of Whole30 and honestly have had no major cravings or issues until today which is the first day of my period. I am emotional and unusually anxious and really want a bag of chocolate! I plan on going to the gym after work and I am going to try cinommon tea but could really use some help staying on program today and possibly next few days!! jmcbn Posted August 10, 2016 Share Posted August 10, 2016 Up your starchy veg intake @Lcarpenter - many folk report increased hunger & cravings in the week leading up to and of their period, and it's natures way of trying to get you to eat more to prepare for pregnancy.
