Robin R.
I was very surprised when I found out that the tuna in our pantry had soy in it. I like white tuna in water. I went to a grocery store and finally found one tuna that had no soy. Once I found it I stopped looking as I was in a rush. It is Blue Harbor Wild Albacore Tuna Solid White Tuna in Water, No Salt Added, 100% Line Caught. It is fairly expensive. I am really glad I read the label before I mixed it up! I am brand new to this program and am on Day 3. What kind of tuna does everyone else use? Hoping to find more to choose from. Thank you!
Administrators ladyshanny Posted August 10, 2016 Administrators Share Posted August 10, 2016 This has been discussed extensively on this site. Using the search bar above and typing in "tuna" will give you tonnes of threads on just this subject. http://forum.whole30.com/search/?q=tuna&sortby=relevancy&search_in=titles
Robin R.
Thank you! I tried searching first but only came up with tuna, nothing about soy.
Robin R.
My mistake was not just putting tuna soy in the subject bar, I believe. I am just a newbie!

Actually, the best way to find stuff is to Google "Whole30 + topic." Good luck with the next 27 days.
