Question about trail mix...

I would eat all of it, but never buy them again. Of course, I sometimes eat fish fried in canola oil at one of my favorite restaurants even though canola oil is not good for you. Also, you could probably save money making your own trail mix and avoid oils you don't want.

If the oil associated with the raisins is all you eat for the next 30 days, your body will be fine. If you would feel better about setting those 20 bags aside until you complete the Whole30, that would be fine too, but I wouldn't judge your program to be impaired if you eat them.
