I always workout in the morning ( Resistance or Cardio) and eat my pre/post meal as outlined then home for Meal 1 Sometimes after work ( 5pm) I will head to the Gym for an additional workout and be home by 6:30 pm. I am pretty hungry at 5 pm since I last ate at noon... On these days do I eat a bigger lunch? or do another pre/post workout meal and go home for a template Meal 3 ? jmcbn Posted August 11, 2016 Share Posted August 11, 2016 Personally I'd probably increase the protein & fat in my lunch & forgo the preWO, but then preWO is very personal.
