2 workout a day Pre-Post meals

There are certain days I might do 2 workouts in a day.

I always workout in the morning ( Resistance or Cardio) and eat my pre/post meal as outlined then home for Meal 1

Sometimes after work ( 5pm) I will head to the Gym for an additional workout and be  home by 6:30 pm.

I am pretty hungry at 5 pm since I last ate at noon...  On these days do I eat a bigger lunch? or do another pre/post workout  meal and go home for

a template Meal 3 ?
