Why so far ahead? Since this is my first time I want to plan as much as I can. I'm using this time to research/trial recipes, snacks, stressful times that may need back up plans, etc.

My husband is on board and i would like to change up or kids diet as well. 

My end goal is to be able to eat thoughtfully, right now I tend to snack/eat mindlessly especially at work and while making the kids meals. Also, to be able to resist sweets and sugar.
