Woke up tired today. But still excited to be staying on track. I am a bit worried about how my workouts are gonna go for the next few weeks.

The workout today was pretty tough. It almost felt like my blood sugar was low, but not quite. Strange feeling.

I've also been having some GI distress today, though yesterday I was fine. Too much fat maybe? or just 'cause of the change in diet?

Today, I tried coconut aminos for the first time. It's/They're quite yummy!
