While I've had none of the side effects listed I've also not experienced any of the benefits. I'd appreciate any help or feedback you can provide. Can you tell us what a typical day or two of food looks like? Include approximate portion sizes, specific vegetables, water intake, as well as any kind of workout you do. How were you feeling before Whole30? Were there specific issues you were hoping to clear up? Is eating this way a big change for you, or not much difference? Do you have underlying health problems that could be affecting your results? Do you get enough sleep at night?
