So many thing can affect this, it's hard for us to give you feedback without knowing a little more.

Can you tell us what a typical day or two of food looks like? Include approximate portion sizes, specific vegetables, water intake, as well as any kind of workout you do.

How were you feeling before Whole30? Were there specific issues you were hoping to clear up? Is eating this way a big change for you, or not much difference? Do you have underlying health problems that could be affecting your results? Do you get enough sleep at night? 

Let us know a little more about what's going on and what you expected from this and we'll see if we can offer any suggestions to help.
