Jackiejo1979 Posted August 14, 2016 Share Posted August 14, 2016 Today, for the first time, I was not hungry. The hours between my three meals were not uncomfortable. I miss my candy and chocolate.....a lot, but I'm enjoying my couple servings of fresh fruit daily. My absolute BIGGEST concern about starting the Whole30 was drinking black coffee. I'm a 4 sugar, lots of cream coffee drinker. Believe it or not, I'm actually enjoying black coffee!! Who knew??? It helps that I love to spend time in the kitchen. I've mastered homemade mayo, dressings, bone broth, pesto, etc. The 30-Day Guide to Total Health and Food Freedom has been my "bible" this week. It will be my go to guide each day. I return to marathon training this week and my week of midnight week of shifts at the hospital. Will take it a day at a time. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
