Day 8 Ready to kill someone and feeling tired

I am on day 8 and have been spoiled because up till now I felt almost euphoric, energetic and happy. NOW I am grumpy, short tempered and tired, I even allowed myself a cup of coffee at 3, which I haven't done till now, trying to limit to two in the morning only and it was going good. I hope this doesn't last long, not that I plan on letting it stop me! How long to the "bad days" usually last? Or should I be looking too day 15 for some relief?

Hey Rhiannon_79, I am on day 17 and just wanted to let you know you are not alone! Now that I am over the two-week hump, I really find my mood and energy varies from day to day. I can promise you that after day 12 I really felt much better. Day 10 was the worst emotionally and energy level wise. I find that eating more potatoes really helps! If I get really grumpy now I try and eat a big meal with lots of green veggies and potatoes and avocado. You might just be lacking enough calories, especially if you are active. If after a couple of days you still feel very grumpy, try playing around with your food intake. Good luck, you can do it!
