Paw Posted August 17, 2016 Share Posted August 17, 2016 Well, here goes.....heard many people and friends who have done it. Like they say: "I can do anything for 30 days." And, then they've gone further or started over because they felt so good and had such success! I hope I have enough will power and self control to do it. My husband was going to do it with me, but he has a fishing trip planned in Sept. and didn't want to bother. I can't wait any longer! Anyone interested in joining me? tarafp99 Posted August 21, 2016 Share Posted August 21, 2016 So far so good for me. I went to a kids party tonight and successfully avoided pizza, popcorn and cake. I just ate before we went so my hunger wouldnt get the best of me. So far I've loved all my meals so that has helped. I love food and can't have the same things daily.
