OMGSlp
Hi all! I had a baby 5 months ago and am finally ready to start losing the baby weight, feel energized and get active! I'm also starting to introduce foods to my daughter and want to create good and healthy eating habits for her; I think the best way to do this is to model good eating habits for her. The Whole 30 sounds like a great way to get myself back to having good eating habits and teach my daughter to make good choices for herself. A little nervous about some of the initial "withdrawal" symptoms, so any words of wisdom would be so helpful! Thanks!
Kage
Hi I am starting today too. This is my 4th whole30 but it has been a while. I think preparation is the biggest key to success. Goodluck and enjoy day
MB550
I'll join you guys. My doctor recommended I do this and I've been slowly removing foods from my diet, but haven't started. Basically, I've been procrastinating. Thank you OMGSIp for starting an Aug 22nd group. Good luck everyone!
Vick
I'm starting tomorrow as well! I am 22 year old woman who just graduated from college. I tried the whole 30 about a year ago and only got 3 days in and caved. This time I really need to complete this. My health is the worst it has ever been, and I feel sick after ever meal. Also, I am trying to go into law enforcement and need to pass multiple fitness tests. I am also trying to have a better relationship with food and health. I would love to do this will you all and work together to help each other stay accountable as much as possible!(: Good luck everyone!
