Starting my Whole30 on Monday, August 22!

After 1.5 weeks of prep, my hubby and I are starting our Whole30 tomorrow! I'm busy doing a meal plan and meal prep today! I thrive best with clear boundaries. 

I have a huge sweet tooth and look forward to my daily dessert, so that will be my biggest struggle. I've successfully done a few different lifestyle changes over the years but I've never 100% cut out sugars or dairy so this will be a new challenge! Good thing we are competitive and like a challenge!
