It's pretty common for people to underestimate how much food they need at first. Don't be afraid to eat at the upper end of the meal template if you need to. Also be sure you're drinking plenty of water -- 1/2 Oz per pound of body weight, so if you weighed about 120 lbs, at least 60 Oz of water. And don't forget to salt your food.

If you want to know if you're on the right track, post what you've eaten with approximate portion sizes and we can take a look.

If you are truly hungry, as in you'd eat something bland like plain fish and broccoli, go ahead and eat something. Make it a mini meal of protein, fat, and vegetables, or at least two of the three.
