kombucha

I've been reading a lot about gut health on paleo blogs and the need to eat more fermented foods.  Since I don't like sauerkraut and can't eat yogurt on Whole 30 I was wondering if I could drink kombucha?

Provided there has been no sugar/sweeteners added in the second ferment then, yes, kombucha is fine.

It's been discussed at length on the forums over the years so if you need more info you might want to do a search via Google - 'Whole30' + 'your query' (in this case kombucha) should bring up plenty of links to previous threads.
