Intro/overeating

Hi I'm Kim. I decided to do Whole30 for the first time almost 90 days ago. Yes, I liked the way my body felt that I decided to continue for a 3rd round. Sept 4, 2016 will be the end of my 90 days and I may do another. I did this mostly for weight loss and my stomach was always acting up. I never went to the doctors but I'm feeling great and my eczema has also cleared up. I lost 17lbs so far but nothing going on this 3rd month. I tend to overeat (bad habit I know) and weigh myself a lot (I know I shouldn't). I can't do much exercise do to a knee injury . I love food even healthy food so if any of you guys have some tips on how to avoid overeating I would appreciate it.

Hey there - what foods do you think you are over eating? If you're eating adequate protein & fat you shouldn't really feel able to overeat on anything else so it could be that you need to tweak the composition of your meals in order to stop the snacking/over-eating.

You do know this is not a weight loss diet though, right? And that it's entirely possible that you're body is perfectly happy at the weight you're at in order for your endocrine system to function normally & for your hormones to remain stable? And that the weight you'd like to be could be 5-10lbs below that...?
