togirl
Does anyone have a set of meals for a week that are a little less work than the ones in the book? Don't get me wrong I loved them but I have a full time demanding job and on Tuesday night I was up 'till 11 making pesto and swearing at the food processor. All good as I have frozen a ton of pesto but any suggestions or a link would be great.
AbbyQ17
Have you checked out www.meljoulwan.com, or read either of her cookbooks (Well Fed and Well Fed 2)? I'm pretty sure she has a blog post on it, but it's definitely at the beginning of both books on how she does her "weekly cookup" over the weekend, so that her prep during the week is minimal. I swear by her method! If you're interested, I have a few posts on my blog on how I do it as well. I don't know if you're cooking for more than yourself; I just cook for myself, and I make about 3-4 recipes per week, plus a few sides, to get me through all 21 meals for the week. I hope this helps! Good luck!
