Day 2

Day 2 is very early in the programme ladies.... Your bodies are still detoxing at this stage and adjusting to the change on food. Be sure to drink plenty of water - the recommendation is for a half an ounce per pound of body weight, daily, and remember to salt your food.

If anyone would like to check they are on the right track please feel free to post what you have eaten over the past two days so we can check you're getting in enough food and that the composition of your meals is correct - many people under estimate how much food they need, and in particular how much fat.

For the charlie horses - are you taking a magnesium suppplement?
