I am super excited but also concerned of how I can make this work. I am a youth director and weekly pizza and monthly pot luck dinners are a part of the gig. ChristyJ Posted August 30, 2016 Share Posted August 30, 2016 I'm starting on Tuesday, 9/6 as well! The monthly pot luck dinners are easier-you bring a dish you know you can have. If there's salad, have some of that with your own dressing. For weekly pizza, order salad as well (or bring a salad with chicken/hard boiled eggs for protein) and make that your dinner.
