andrea6380
I will be starting my first round of Whole30 this week and trying to get a grasp on products that are Whole30 compliant. I have a salsa product which under the ingredient list contains all natural ingredients (veggies and spices) w/ no hidden additives. However, under the nutrition chart it lists there are 1g of Sugar. Would this product be allowed during my Whole30?
jmcbn
Fruit & veg have naturally occuring sugars. Our concern is with added sugars, so the ingredient list is King on Whole30. If there is no sugar in the ingredients you're good to go, regardless of what it says on the nutrition label.
