New here! starting 09/03

Hi everyone!

I'm new here :)  I am starting my second W30 on Sept 3, since Friday is grocery day. I did a W30 about 2 years ago, and it was probably a W28 1/2. My hunny's birthday rolled up at the end, and while I avoided cake, I messed up at the restaurant a bit. But, overall, it was a good experience. At least after I got past the first couple of days, when a coworker brought me a pumpkin spice latte because "it's coffee and doesn't have sugar." Blargh!!!

Anywho, I've gained some pounds over the past couple years, partially due to medication (no longer taking) and partially due to falling off the food wagon.  I need to climb back on and straightened out my food.  September is good, because not much going on holiday and family wise. I do have a Labor Day picnic, but don't particularly enjoy the cooking, so not eating noncompliant foods while I'm there shouldn't be a big deal. 

Just wanted to stop in and say "hi" and looking for a little encouragement along the way!
