Velliott Posted August 30, 2016 Share Posted August 30, 2016 Im excited to start the whole30! My offical date is 09/11 and I cant wait! What worries me the most is how my meals will be throughout my day: I am a nurse who works 12 hr night shift at the hospital? On a typical day, I would come home in the AM, have a small breakfast, go to sleep, wake up and eat before I leave (around 4pm), eat dinner between 9-11 pm, and have 2 snacks in the middle of the night while I work.
