whole foods in the UK

Recommended Posts

I am going to whole foods next weekend and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations about what to grab? Any spices/flavourings/whole30 friendly bits and bobs etc that will travel well on a train back? I get so excited going to whole foods as there's not a branch near me!!

Oh lucky you. My nearest branch is over 3 hours away in Glasgow. I bought coconut aminos but the brand contains coconut sugar. I still use it but there were other brands so worth checking out. I also get organic raw sauerkraut and kimchee. It comes in plastic pouches so travels easily. The hot and spicy is good with plain scrambled eggs. I got sunflower seed butter which I couldn't find anywhere else and nitrate free bacon. Although nitrates are allowed on W30, it's nice to have bacon without.

I’m going there for the fist time on Thursday. About 45 mins away, so not too bad. Are there any items that are must haves. Or is it a case of having a good look at the labels and see what tickles ones fancy. Oh matron
