Yes, each meal should include 1-2 servings of fat. In general, this is in addition to fat you cook in, as much of that stays in the pan and isn't consumed. 

If you look at the meal planning template on this page, it tells you what the serving sizes are for different fats, just add one or two options at each meal: http://whole30.com/pdf-downloads/
