Heres some NSVs: More giddy energy-dont need as much caffeine Sleep is more sound, but I still have a hard time going to sleep Better skin tone/firmness stronger nails flatter tummy/less bloat and weight loss= about 5.5 pounds. which is significant for me bc im pretty small to begin with.
