Day 31 today. So far still eating the same way bc i am contemplating my re-intro plan.

Heres some NSVs:

More giddy energy-dont need as much caffeine

Sleep is more sound, but I still have a hard time going to sleep

Better skin tone/firmness

stronger nails

flatter tummy/less bloat

and weight loss= about 5.5 pounds. which is significant for me bc im pretty small to begin with.

So, Im happy and will most likely eat this way ongoing for now.

Yay whole 30!!
