Whole 30 for 1/2 Marathon Training

Hi! I'll be starting my second Whole 30 on Labor Day. During my first, I wasn't super active, but now I'm training for a 1/2 Marathon. While I generally try to stay away from bread products, toast with peanut butter and a bit of honey has been the best pre-run food for my energy level and also easy on my stomach. What are some other Whole 30 approved pre-fun foods? And how about added fuel during a long run? And electrolyte drinks?
