I forgot to read the label!

I finished my w30 on the 30 which means that yesterday was my first day of reintroducing food. I started with dairy (mostly cheese and cream in my coffee, I can live with out most of the other stuff like actual milk) and my goal was to reintroduce something new this weekend (basically keeping reintroducing stuff to twice a week) and so I'm preparing this delicious compliant one dish meal and realize I didn't buy the "unseasoned" chicken. The stuff I bought has soy added to it. It's really too late to rethink dinner unfortunately.

So i know this really throws me in for a loop.

My question is should I continue w30 for a few days (like if i have an adverse reaction, keep w30 until I get back to pre reintro feeling) and then restart my reintroducing since it'd be difficult to tell whether the reactions were from dairy or soy, or do I brush it off? Do I reintroduce the other foods I want to and then come back to dairy and soy?

So far i still feel great and my NSVs are amazing. Thinner face, better blood sugar control, more sustained energy! So I know something worked. I don't actually own a scale so idk if I lost weight (and if I did would it be because w30 or breastfeeding since my lil man is 3.5 months? I mean i don't really care because I feel healthy and he is healthy) and i plan on continuing the principles of w30 and staying mostly compliant. My main reason for wanting to reintroduce foods is for social events so I can know what I can say "that makes my head hurt so I'll pass" to and what I can say "sure! One small bite!"

I'm a little bit biased here because soy is something I choose not to consume, but can you not freeze the dish in question in portions, or give it away?

Does the dish contain both soy & dairy? Did you eat dairy for just the one day? Have you been completely compliant ever since?

I only had dairy on Wednesday, so I was compliant up until dinner yesterday. I think I'm gonna take a little while longer before reintroducing new foods (soy isn't high on the list at all!) and retry dairy then too. I think I have a sinus infection (going to the doc today because it's been about a week) so I know w30 will help cope with that. As far as left overs, they are all my husband's who hasn't done w30.
