But always thought I could not have Kumbucha because of the sugar add to the tea on the first brew. Please let me know. There is a whole thread dedicated to Kombucha that is filled with valuable information. Long story short - Kombucha is fine as long as you do not add any additional sugar(s) during the 2nd fermentation 2nd fermentation with compliant fruits - teas - juices are fine Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
